Infrared Sauna
If you’re looking for a quick escape from the daily grind, this stand alone or add on service is perfect for you. Come in and change into one of our size inclusive robes and slippers, relax with bottled water in our infrared sauna for 20 minutes, and complete the session with a cool towel. Infrared saunas are known to help those suffering from psoriasis, asthma, and high blood pressure through increased heart rate and circulation. (Note: Not for clients suffering from blood clot disorders, who are or may be pregnant, or anyone with heat sensitivities.) Our infrared sauna now includes UV color light therapy (RYGBIV) with varying benefits for mood, complexion, etc. Just come in early to choose your color from our chart! (Please note this service cannot be combined with Hot Stone Massage services!).

Integrative Massage
Whether you need the soothing strokes of Swedish, the medium to firm Therapeutic, or a solid Deep Tissue, this integrative massage does it all. Each session is fully customizable on pressure and focus area. Just let your massage therapist know what your goals are for your session then relax as your tension and stress dissolves away. (This service is a replacement for the formerly separate Swedish, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue services.)

Minors 30 Minute Introductory Massage
Introducing our 30 minute custom massage session specifically for minors under the age of 15. Perfect for kids’ first time receiving massage, or kids in sports, dance, gymnastics, etc. This massage will ease your child into the world of wellness and self care. Please note: A parent or legal guardian MUST accompany any child under the age of 15 for their massage. (Medical intake and minor consent forms must be filled out prior to appointment.)

Prenatal Massage
A massage focusing on the special needs of the mom to be. Your body will be supported by the use of specialized pregnancy cushions for either face-down or side-lying techniques depending on your comfort level and therapeutic needs.
